This varies depending on which Council your development is located in. Generally speaking, a physical DA model is required when a development is greater than a certain size (eg. height or number of units) or the project cost is above a certain value.

We make these models for all sized developments and our attention to detail ensures that your project and its context/landscape are accurately represented in order to meet all the DA requirements while also presenting your project in the best light.
Given the high quality and accuracy of our scaled models, our clients will often use our models for the Land and Environment Court or for presentation and marketing purposes after the development has gained approval.
