  • City of Sydney DA model for the unique One Sydney Park development which is located within the 44 hectare Sydney Park. The project consists of 356 Luxury residential apartments, office and retail.

    Given the emphasis on landscaping with this project, the decision was made to include landscaping on the physical model (not normally done on City of Sydney models)

    Kinkfab also produced the Stage 1 conceptual envelopment model for Council submission.
