Kinkfab made this highly detailed 1:200 models for a new residential apartment complex in Rose Bay.
Given the density of this project and multiple adjoining residential sites, it was important to accurrately represent the proposed design, demonstrating how the new building would fit well into the surrounding environment.
This project involved the accurate modelling of more than 20 nearby properties. This was completed using on file data from nearby surveys and 3D area scans sourced by Kinkfab
