  • Our models are built according to Waverley Councils DA model requirements and are required for SEPP 65 applications, Multi-residential development and Mixed use developments:

    • Detailed 1:200 model of the design proposal including all fenestration and landscaping

    • Include adjoining developments and all existing vegetation
