  • Kinkfab are a leading model maker of City of Sydney DA models. On average we have more tha five of these models underway and are used by leading Architects and Developers.

    This project for Stasia is for a new commercial building on Cleaveland St, opposite the new Surry Hills Village site. As this site is located outside of the ‘City Model’ at Town Hall, a 100m radius context model was also required. Kinkfab liased with the client and architect to produce this model within a tight deadline and arranged the submission of the model to Council
