New Hope Group commissioned Kinkfab to produce a high quality marketing style model the the stage two release of The Landmark, by New Hope Group.

The development is a residential tower of 500 units on the Pacific Highway in St Leonards.
Given the premium price of these luxury apartments and the unique architectural facade, particular attention was paid to the representation of the fritted curved balustrades and to emit warm tonal colours from the building as a whole.
